Total Quality Management (TQM)
Total Quality Management is the burning issue in the present business world. In organizational management always seek 3 E's (Economic, Efficiencies, and Effectiveness). To attain these 3 E's, TQM has played a huge role.
TQM (Total Quality Management) is the managerial process to make an organization more productive with efficiency to pursue the organizational goal.
When Management thought about TQM, we have to focus different arena to attain Total Quality Management as follow:
1. Customer Focus:
This is very important, for management to survive competitive arena, to know better customer need and provide the customer desired product that means quality product with reasonable price.
2. Do Right thing first time:
In TQM, Organization wants to do right thing without wastage, damages so on. It also try to take account of Environmental Cost.
3. Continuous Improvement:
TQM, Management are focusing continuous improvement day by day on every stage of production as well as every arena in their hand to add value of Customer.
